Recruiter for 15 years and still not got it!

A recruiter that claimed to have been a recruiter for 15 years, sent me this

I noticed your profile on LinkedIn and found you have strong experience for a Digital Project Manager role I have available. The role is a long term contract offering an excellent day rate. Would you be interested?

How can an experience recruiter believe I can give an meaning full reply when not providing even the most basic information, like location, what is required of skills and experience.

Wouldn’t you think a recruiter with 15 years of experience understood the difference between roles and contract opportunities? Roles are what permanent staff fill to they get fired, contractors/freelance staff deliver a service.
